Every great, new home starts with understanding the people who’ll live in it.Our design and build process is tailored to you, providing expert guidance, clear communication, and confidence from the initial design meeting through to handover.

01. Design Meeting

We begin by getting to know you, your family, your vision, lifestyle, and budget. We then match you with the architect and design team best suited to your project.

02. Site Visit + Concept Plans

We’ll meet with you on-site to discuss your ideas, must-haves, wish list, and how you envision your new home. Your designers will then create concept plans tailored to your lifestyle, your site, and your vision.

03. Tailored Pricing + Contract

We’ll present detailed pricing and a tailored build contract, giving you complete confidence before construction begins. If changes are needed, we’ll guide you through the process with clear communication every step of the way.

04. Interior Design

While your plans progress through building consent, our interior design consultant will guide you through selecting and finalising your materials, colours, finishes, and the details that make your home uniquely yours.

05. Build Stage

Your build is managed by our experienced in-house team from start to finish. We encourage site visits throughout construction and are happy to arrange guided visits with your project manager, allowing you to see your new home take shape while ensuring health and safety requirements are met.

06. Completion + Handover

Before handover, your home receives a professional clean, comprehensive quality checks, and a final Council inspection. Then it’s time to hand over the keys and welcome you home.
