Yes – we work around you and your requirements, and can offer settlement options to suit your situation.

Does your offer change during the due diligence process?

No. Unlike many other companies, R&B Build completes its own research and due diligence before presenting an offer. That helps avoid unexpected surprises that could lead to a change in price. We’re a family business built on trust and transparency, and we stand by the offer we make.

Do you offer market value for properties?

Yes – we offer a fair market value for properties and work with you to reach an agreed price that suits both parties.

Would you relocate the house?

Yes – wherever possible. Relocating a house gives it a second chance at life and is a more sustainable option. It also allows the home and its history to remain part of the community.

What types of property do you purchase?

Do you ever cancel or change contracts?
