We start with an in-depth design brief for you to complete. In your initial consultation, we’ll discuss your project, budget, and design inspiration—setting clear goals and expectations from the beginning.
Site Visit & Concept Plans
Our team will visit your site with you to discuss design ideas that best suit the space. Then, our in-house designers will develop concept plans that reflect your brief, site, and budget. Once you’re happy with these, we’ll move on to the next step.
Price presentation and fully tailored build Contract
Our design consultant and quantity surveyors will present pricing alongside a detailed build contract. We work closely with you to ensure clear communication and transparency. Once confirmed, you’ll have peace of mind knowing everything is set. If any changes are needed, our team will manage them smoothly—so there are no unexpected surprises.
Interior Design Consultant
To keep things moving while your plans are waiting for building consent, you’ll meet with our design consultant, who will guide you through selecting and finalising materials, colours, finishes, and all the interior design details that make a house feel like home.
Build
Your build is fully managed by us and placed in the expert hands of our highly skilled builders. Throughout the process, you’ll have opportunities for regular site visits—allowing you to watch your dream home take shape and build a great relationship with our foremen.
Completion
